1. Services
Oak & Iron Mobile Detailing provides professional mobile detailing services for automobiles, RVs, motorcycles, and aircraft. Services are provided at your specified location within our service area.
2. Booking and Payment
• Appointments must be scheduled in advance
• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash, credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle
• Prices are estimates and may vary based on vehicle condition
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.
4. Service Requirements
• Adequate workspace and access to the vehicle
• Safe working environment
• We provide our own water and power (self-contained operation)
5. Liability and Insurance
We carry full liability insurance. While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or damage caused by defects in vehicle materials or previous repairs.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind our work. If you're not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Service Area
We primarily serve the Hickory, NC metro area and surrounding cities. Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard service radius.
9. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify our services, pricing, and policies at any time. Changes will be posted on our website.

11. Governing Law
